Where does the gum graft come from?
Dr. Krishna will carefully discuss your options in detail at your consultation visit. The 2 most commonly used sources are the patient’s own tissue (autograft) or a processed human tissue that comes pre-packaged from a tissue bank (allograft). Recommendations will be made after carefully considering several factors.
Is gum grafting surgery painful?
We use local anesthesia and advanced techniques to ensure minimal discomfort during the procedure.
Am I a candidate for gum grafting?
